Welcome to SIS 512

Each student will create their own pbwiki site (DO NOT create a page on this site, because we will quickly run out of space) and then provide me with links to those sites, which I will add to this front page.  It is better to create your own pbwiki site since space is limited on each site.  Each of you will have editorial rights on this page, too.

On your pbwiki site, you can upload documents (but you have limited space) or create links to websites with those documents.  You can also create pages that will allow each of us to comment on your papers/work.  You can also include links to relevant references or data sites, if need be.

I've chosen this because it is extremely easy to get up and running and you can manage your sites easily.  You do not need to buy the upgrades.  You can also make your site password protected, if you like.***

*** For your site, I think you're going to have to give each person in the class and me access to your site.  Go to settings, users, and add each person's email and choose reader/writer or editor to allow them to see documents and to send comments, etc.

*Hi everyone, I've noticed it may be best to give each other the  "writer" level of permission when you add users, which is recommended for sharing, because I think reader level has some limitations. - Anne
